The new version of Interproscan plugin has been released. The update can be downloaded by going to Tools->Plugins and clicking "check for plugin updates now".

Due to recent configuration changes on the EMBL-EBI end the InterProScan plugin for Geneious Prime is not currently working.  We are currently working to resolve this issue.  

In the meantime we suggest running your InterProScan search directly from on EMBL-EBI server by going to https://www.ebi.ac.uk/interpro/search/sequence/.  Results can be downloaded in GFF format for import into Geneious.
