We’re excited to announce a new license management experience for Geneious Prime customers: My Account.
My Account allows you to manage your Geneious Prime Personal and Group subscriptions directly online, including the ability to add seats, renew licenses and add alternative administrators for groups.
Login credentials have been created for customers with existing active subscriptions. To gain access, please use the Forgot Password function at https://manage.geneious.com/auth/forgot-password.
Online license management is only available for standard personal and group subscriptions. If you have Floating, Server Database or Geneious Biologics licenses these will continue to be managed through our Customer Success and sales teams.
