Plugin works only from IDE, not in packaged form. Why

Hi,

I have a tiny plugin which works fine from the IDE, but not when I package it and install it.

I am quite puzzled because of different behaviour.

  I can't see any obvious reason why this would be the case either.  I'll need to look into it and get back to you.

  Hi Matthew,

  I reworked the plugin a bit. But in general it does not execute when deployed as .gplugin.

  I would appreciate if you would build it on your side and test it.

  My environment: Mac Os 10.11 and Geneious 11.02. IntelliJ 13.1.3

  Hi Stephan,

  I'm seeing the same problem and can't see any obvious reason as to why.  I'm going to escalate this to our development backlog for someone here to do a more in-depth investigation.

  Same here. Removing the assertions fixed the problem.
