So far I managed to find where most of the plugins appear except for 

ExampleAssemblerPlugin.

It launches but I ca not seem to find where to find it in the UI. It does not seem to be in the menus nor in the align assemble option.

  It's a read mapper so it appears in the Algorithm dropdown in Align/Assemble - Map to Reference.
