Suggestion - run InterPro Scan with CDS

Here's a suggestion for the InterproScan plugin developer(s), I am a big fan of this plugin. Probably is not so advantageous for those working with sequences susceptible to splicing, but for prokaryotes would be nice to be able to submit CDS sequences directly to InterPro. With a big red warning about possible coding frame errors, but it would make it easier, for example, to see domains present across gene clusters, instead of having to go translated CDS by translated CDS. I hope other users think this is a good idea as well.

  Hi Luis, the Interproscan plugin is not actually developed or maintained by us (it is developed by Mike Thon, see http://michaelrthon.com/geneious-interproscan-plugin/).  However I'll make a note of your request.
