InterProScan error

Hi,

I use InterProScan to find protein domeins. It worked fine until recently. The last couple of days I get only "InterProScan Error". Does anyone deal with the same issue?

  Hi,

  the developers have been looking into the InterProScan issue and are working hard on getting a fixed version out soon.
  You should receive a notification in Geneious once a new version is available, and we will update this forum as well to let you know.

  The InterProScan plugin is currently not working - the author of the plugin is looking into the issue and we'll let you know when its resolved.
