UCHIME error

I get about 20% through removing chimeric reads using USEARCH v8.1 before UCHIME runs into an unexpected error.

Caused by: com.biomatters.geneious.publicapi.plugin.DocumentOperationException: UCHIME failed with error code 3

Any advice?

  Could you please send us a support ticket via the Contact Support option in Geneious (under the Help menu) with details of your data and reference database?  If possible please attach your data to the ticket.
