Unknown failure error during InterPro domain scan
Hello,
I am trying to perform an InterPro domain scan in geneious. I am using FASTA files for the same. The domain scan starts fine however, after 10-20 % completion, scanning stops due to unknown failure. I am sharing the picture for the same.
May I know if anyone else faced the same issue? is there any solution for the same?

Hi Dinesh,
Interproscan is running perfectly for me using the latest version of Geneious Prime (2022.2.1) and the latest version of the Interproscan Plugin.
The error suggests that there is a problem in your internet connection, possibly there is a firewall or antivirus which is blocking the interproscan internet requests?
