    Hi Roman, 

    unfortunately there isn't any more information available.

    This would have happened when a connection to the URL cannot be established, or if the file can't be downloaded.

    If you contact support from within Geneious and include the feedback file (an option in the 'Contact Support' action) we _might_ be able to see in a bit more detail where it fails, but I can't promise that it will help a lot.
    Most likely there is something preventing you from contacting the server reliably.
