Request for Example Plugin Exporting from Geneious to GenBank Format and Shared Database Listener Issue

I am currently working on developing a plugin and I would appreciate your assistance. Specifically, I am looking for an example of a plugin that exports files from the Geneious file format to the GenBank file format and saves the file to specific folder. Any guidance or sample code you could provide would be incredibly helpful.

Additionally, I have been using the "Shared Database Listener" plugin with a local database. However, I have encountered an issue where syncing only seems to work when the plugin is uninstalled. Is there a known limitation with this plugin, or should it be possible to sync while the plugin is installed and active?
