rename plugin ant

The documentation mentions an ant to rename the examples plugins. I was not able to locate that file. See "optionally rename the example using the renamePlugin Ant task, and start modifying it to achieve the functionality you want."

 

Also there seem to be a number of broken links in the JavaDocs html.

For instance:

Click on Setup File under Getting started header.

  Apologies, the documentation has the wrong ant target name. It is called copyPluginAndRename and it is a target in the build.xml of each plugin. eg. ExampleDocumentViewer/build.xml
