API to search Database for sequence

Hello All,

We are new to Geneious but what we are trying to do is create an API to help external users perform a blast search on our DB via a web interface.

We would like to have samples of how this has been implemented so we can use this for our implementation. Do you have any idea how we could call that program from a PHP web site?

The main thing we are trying to do is retrieve data and display for users from the Geneious server database via an API.
