score per nucleotide

Hi,

I would like to programm a plugin which calculates and visualizes a score per nucleotide of an entered sequece. I would love to show the score as a bar graph over the nucleotide sequnece. Is this possible and are there plugin, which do something similar, that I could use as a template?

  In our plugin development kit, start with the "ExampleSequenceGraph" plugin. I think it does exactly what you want.
