Geneious Cloud workspace administration has moved to the web. This means now you are now able to manage users, groups and other settings for your workspace in a web browser from anywhere!
As part of this change, we have removed this functionality from the Geneious Prime 2025.1 version. However you can still find links to the corresponding web pages within Geneious Prime 2025.1
Geneious Cloud Admins can access the new workspace administration here: https://app.geneious.eu
If you're an existing Geneious Biologics customer, you can alternatively access administration from: https://biologics.geneious.com/users
Admin-only Role for Geneious Cloud Workspace
If you would like to assign a Geneious cloud workspace administrator who does not use the application, you can assign a new user with the role “Admin-only” within the web portal: https://app.geneious.eu
This user will have full admin rights from the portal, without taking up one of your license seats.

Note: To Add or remove users from your license, we recommend you use Geneious My Account . Adding or removing users in the Cloud does not change Geneious seat allocations. For more information, see this article.
