Yes, the latest version of Geneious Prime is fully supported on Apple Silicon Macs (M1, M2, M3 etc processors). The single MacOS installer automatically installs either x86 (Intel) or ARM native versions depending on your system.
Note that not all plugins run natively on ARM and will run via Rosetta emulation.
