Non-commercial customers and students
To renew your subscription:
- Log into your online account*
- Select the option to "Renew Now" and complete your renewal purchase
*If you've forgotten your password or need to gain access for the first time, please use the Forgot Password function here: https://manage.geneious.
Note that from Sept 1 2020 you will not receive a new license key upon renewal, as the old license key will automatically roll over with an updated expiry date. You will not need to reactivate your existing devices, simply make sure they are connected to the internet so that the new expiry date is picked up. You will need to update to Geneious Prime 2020.2 or later at this time if you have not already done so.
