How do I renew my subscription plan?

Non-commercial customers and students

To renew your subscription:

  • Visit the Pricing page
  • Select your new plan
  • Select "Renew your license" and enter your current license key
  • Fill in your payment details and place your order

You will then be sent an email containing the details of your license renewal. 

Note that from Sept 1 2020 you will not receive a new license key upon renewal, as the old license key will automatically roll over with an updated expiry date.  You will not need to reactivate your existing devices, simply make sure they are connected to the internet so that the new expiry date is picked up.  You will need to update to Geneious Prime 2020.2 or later at this time if you have not already done so.  

Commercial customers

Please contact your account manager or email sales@geneious.com to renew your subscription.
