I renewed my subscription but my license expiry hasn't been extended

From Sept 1st, 2020, subscription renewals will not receive a new license key.  Instead the license term on the existing key will be automatically extended.  

If you have renewed your subscription after this date and the license expiry has not been updated in Geneious, please ensure that (1) your computer is connected to the internet; and (2) you are running Geneious Prime 2020.2 or later.  

Versions of Geneious Prime prior to 2020.2 do not support automatic subscription renewals.  If you are unable to update your version of Geneious, please contact support for a solution.

    I have the receipt on the renewal, and it says it is renewed in my account. But I cannot open Geneious and activate the account.
