A Team subscription includes Geneious Cloud, the best way to collaborate. This provides a shared workspace with access-controlled collaboration and centralized data management features. There is no need to set up and maintain your own servers.
Alternatively, if you prefer to host the server yourself, you will need to set up a Shared Database. This is an SQL database installed on your own in-house server that Geneious can connect to. See the Shared Databases chapter of the Geneious user manual for further details.
The local database (i.e. the "Geneious X.Y Data" folder) cannot be shared by multiple users.
