The admin role for the Geneious cloud workspace is managed separately to Geneious Prime license admin role.
When a Team or Enterprise license is created, the account owner (purchaser) is automatically assigned as the sole Cloud Workspace Admin. From there, they can assign additional Cloud Workspace Admins using the web admin portal admin portal (https://app.geneious.eu), which is recommended in case the first admin is not available for any reason.
It is also possible to hold an Admin-only role - where someone can be made a Cloud Workspace Admin without holding a Geneious Prime license seat. Depending on which of these two roles you hold — License Admin, Cloud Workspace Admin, or both — you'll see different license and cloud workspace managing options available to you.

If you are both Geneious License Admin and Geneious Cloud workspace Admin - you will see an additional Administration tab under the Cloud tab in Geneious which will allow you to Manage user licenses and Manage cloud workspace directly from the web.
Manage User Licenses - This will take you to the My Account portal from where you can administer the license including the ability to renew licenses, manage devices, add seats, add/remove users, and add alternative administrators. Manage Sharing and App Settings - This will take you to the Geneious Cloud web admin page where you can manage the cloud workspace - view users, promote cloud workspace admins, create and manage sharing groups, view Audit logs (Enterprise feature only).

If you are Geneious License Admin only - You will also see an additional Administration tab under the Cloud tab in Geneious but you will only be able to view and manage users directly from the web.

If you are Geneious Cloud workspace Admin only (Admin-only role) - If you do not hold a Geneious Prime license seat and only have an Admin-only role for cloud workspace you will need to login to the web portal: https://app.geneious.eu/ to manage the cloud workspace.
