The InterProScan plugin for Geneious Prime is currently not working across all versions of Geneious. We are working to pinpoint the cause and resolve this issue asap.
In the meantime we suggest running your InterProScan search directly on EMBL-EBI server by going to https://www.ebi.ac.uk/interpro/search/sequence/. Results can be downloaded in GFF format for import into Geneious Prime.
