The beta version of Geneious Prime 2026.1 has been made available before the official release for testing purposes only. It contains the majority of new features for Geneious Prime 2026.1 but hasn’t been through our full quality assurance process.
The installer is available via https://www.geneious.com/download-beta
New features and functionality include enhancements to Gibson and In-Fusion cloning with upstream and downstream base additions, expanded CRISPR guide scoring with the Doench et al (2022) algorithm, streamlined insert design for Golden Gate cloning, and more flexible Parts cloning with circular backbone support.
